Description

An incredible tall pink Japanese glass centrepiece. This is a gorgeous Iwatsu piece, a well-known design with the triangular base. A very attractive centrepiece, a lovely decorative item, a superb gift, it is stunning.

The Iwatsu Glass Co. produced an extensive range of centrepieces and vases during the 1960's and 1970's. Most items produced were for the export market.

Condition

The centrepiece is in very good vintage condition. There is one graze on the glass near the top and one tiny piece of ?dust within the glass, this would have occurred during manufacture. The base has signs of use as would be expected, plus some marks on the clear triangular base.
