Description

An attractive Wedgwood Jasperware biscuit barrel. This is a jasper dip item, the interior is glazed. The base is marked Wedgwood, made in England, plus another mark I cannot read. The interior of the lid is marked EPNS, Made in England, 33, plus a makers mark.

This is a particularly nice old biscuit barrel.

Condition

The biscuit barrel is in very good condition. The silver plate is in good condition, it is beginning to look a mellow gold colour as silver plate does with age and cleaning. There are a few small marks on the lid and some plate loss on the interior of the lid.
