Description

An attractive Wedgwood Jasperware biscuit barrel, in an uncommon shape. This is a Jasper dip item, the backstamp dates the barrel to 1881. This is a nice older biscuit barrel.

Condition

The biscuit barrel is in very good condition. There is a small amount of staining inside the barrel and the silver plate has been polished to a mellow gold colour.

Height 16.5 cm / 6 1/2" to the top of the lid knob
