Grimwades "Carro" Jug, Magnificent Flow Blue, 1906

Description

An attractive flow blue jug in the "Carro" pattern. The backstamp dates from 1906. This is a very attractive jug, the pattern is beautiful, the colour is superb.

Condition

The jug is in very good condition, the gilding is extremely good, there is a tiny loss of glaze on the base rim. This jug once had a lid, there is a small hole for attaching the lid on either side. Because of the pattern these are not very visible.
